Adapter
The adapter was bought for the click start game. We prefer using the adapter over use of batteries. It has been working just fine.

terrible
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my three year old. My older son did just fine learning on an ordinary computer. I thought this would be even better.

a must buy
Don’t use the product without the ac adaptor. You will have to replace batteries too often.

LeapFrog ClickStart My First Computer Adapter review
Basically the adapter proved useless. The computer flashed a low battery warning on screen every 3 seconds when it was running from this adapter.

LeapFrog Click Start “My first computer”
My step grandson was given this a year ago. His mother isn’t computer literite and thus far the child only played with the accessories. It never
got hooked up or used.

A must have.
If you have the clickstart computer the power cord is a must. My son loves playing on his “computer” and the batteries ran down fast so I decided to purchase this product.

A must have
A must have! My 2 1/2 year old plays with his ClickStart all the time. Batteries were becoming a habit to buy. I think I paid around $10.

perfect
I totally agree that this adaptor should have come with the system. I didn’t even know that the adapter was optional until I read a review for system.
