It said and showed that it was an apple brand product, but it wasnt. Thats why I picked this item but w.e it still works and i use it all the time.

it worked, and that is all that matters to me
I just got the cable in the mail today. So far, it has worked in both Windows and Mac with a Generation 5 iPod and an iPhone.

Not an Apple product but does the same job
Although this may not directly be an Apple product, it gets the job done with a price you can almost steal it for. I would recommend to anyone needing this cable.

This item is same as the Apple adapter which cost upwards of $20. You can buy several in case one breaks.

USB cable
My roommate lost the cable that came with her Nano. Foe under a dollar I was able to replace it with a similar cable that works just the same.

Apple Cable Works and Inexpensive
Cable works as well as the ones supplied with IPhone and IPods that we own. Always seem to need an extra cable for charging away from the computer and these fit the bill.

Great Product – Does the Job!!!
I got this product in 7 days. Works just fine. Charges my i-pod classic 3rd Gen and transfers music just as well as the original cable (which i lost). No complaints.
