Fantastic computer
I just received my new Asus. Opened the box, installed the 2 gb memory and everything worked as advertised. First time this ever happened with a new computer.

Maybe a little better than the rest
I have only had this Eee for a day but make sure you look for bios update in Asus updates.The screen is not as bright as my Acer.

Now This Is A Netbook
My previous netbook was an Acer Aspire, which by comparison was crap. I think the one I got was probably a fluke, but I had problems with it from day 1.

Beware: Not REALLY 160 gig drive

Love it!
Got it for my wife so she can use it while recovering from a major surgery. Added the external ASUS DVD drive and a mouse (haven’t used it yet). Installed 2GB memory.

Great Netbook. For file management add DocElf.
Great little companion. If you have more than one computer and take documents and files between them then add a Netbook friendly DocElf app for file and document management.
